Search

The Search Details gadget is used to search for Contacts, Activities, Files, or Notes.

 

This article will assist you in performing search operations.

1. On the left-hand panel, select Search.

2. Type in the word or search string in the text field.

3. Click on the magnifying glass button. The system will search for a contact, an activity, a file, or a note with that word or search string.

 

 

Notes

• If you click on a contact in the search results, the contact details will be displayed.
• If you click on the More Options button (the 3 vertical dots) in the upper-right corner of the screen, it will open a drop-down list:
  • Refresh will refresh the gadget.
  • Minimize hides or minimizes the gadget.
  • Help opens the Search online help article.
