Verification Services

The Verification Services gadget allows the Certifier to verify the name of the KYC user. This is the first step of verification to identify whether the KYC user is authentic.

Click the Verify button in the Proceed with verification (Name) section. This will validate the name of the KYC user.

Click the Verify button in the Proceed with verification (Passport) section. This will validate the name of the KYC user against the passport Given Name.

Once the verification is complete the status will be displayed as Verified.

If the verification is not complete, the status is displayed as In Progress.

If the verification status is failed, the status is displayed as Failed.
