Create Task

 

If you would like to create a task:

a. Click the drop-down menu in the upper-left corner of the screen.

b. Select Contacts.

 

 

Tick the box next to the contact or list of contacts you would like to add to a particular task.

 

 

Then, select Create Task from the Group Contact Operations drop-down list to display the Activity Editor window.

 

 

Follow the steps under Activity Editor to complete this task.

c. Click Create Activity to confirm.

Note: You can also tick the small box next to the Create Activity button to avoid sending notification on save.
