About Tim Vasko
Tim’s entrepreneurial background spans across three decades, leading him from a young public company CEO, to an academic and University Professor in the late 1990’s. As a pioneer of the internet and cloud computing, he created a software company and model base on his thesis of the ‘Open Structure Organization’ – that could provide global stakeholders access, trust and authentication through technology driven fair trade.” Starting in 2014 Tim researched digital currencies and blockchain. He created BlockCerts in 2016 to authenticate every person and to make contracts smarter on the blockchain. He launched the first live version a year later.
Tim holds an MBA, as Professor he conducted PhD level research, he is certified through MIT and Oxford. He has also been recognized as a leader in his field by Market Watch, “Look Who’s Killing the Great Chiefs of Wall Street” and has been selected in the top 10 thought leaders by Entrepreneur Magazine’s “Top Lessons From Top Leaders in 2018.”
Tim holds one patent for blockchain and another approved patent in process.
