When my neighbor’s office basement flooded, guess where those filing cabinets were? You guessed it, with over 5 feet of water and sludge that blew-open a metal door, the majority of paper files were ruined, including every contract, and everything that is important to his business. If only he could go back in time and put these files on the blockchain, they would be available at his fingertips now and forever.
